Mining Accommodation

Modular Villages Mining Accommodations provide workers separated from their families additional housing standards. We pay special attention to the following:

• minimum space allocated per person (floor area; cubic volume; or size and number of rooms)
• appropriate protection against heat, cold, damp, noise, fire, and disease-carrying animals, and, in particular, insects
• adequate sanitary and washing facilities, ventilation, and storage facilities and natural and artificial lighting
• a minimum degree of privacy both between rooms within the modular accommodation unit.

Modular Villages mining accommodations offer a far superior internal fit-out to other manufacturers. Internal walls are generally a single layer of Firecheck and a layer of Gyprock – flushed & painted.

Our concrete floors are fully tiled in wet areas. All units come standard with fully enclosed glass shower screens.
